We worked with a nearby partner mill to create a proprietary fabric specifically for our customers’ unique needs. It’s lightweight, sweat-wicking, antimicrobial, comfortable, and sublimation-friendly. You won’t find this fabric anywhere else!

THE PROCESS

Phase 1

The process begins with recycled plastic bottles.

PHASE 2

The bottles are chopped into flakes.

PHASE 3

These flakes are then used to form small, round pebbles.

PHASE 4

The plastic pebbles are melted and strung into thread, which is knitted into our proprietary fabric!

Our Recycled Tees are extremely soft and comfortable — destined to become your favorite everyday tee. They're made from six plastic water bottles along with organic cotton and Tencel™ Modal fibers, extracted from naturally grown beech wood. It's just one more step in VII's ongoing efforts to add greener and more sustainable fabrics to our catalog.
