OUR COMPANY

From humble beginnings as a solo operation in Todd Curran’s guest room in 2009, VII Apparel Company has grown into one of the top brands in the sport of Ultimate while expanding into other markets including Soccer, Disc Golf, Quidditch, Dodgeball, and Spikeball.

Now headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, VII is proud to keep all of our production in-house, from design to printing and sewing. Even more noteworthy, in 2019 VII unveiled the GreenLine, a new generation of fabric made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. Lightweight, sweat-wicking, antimicrobial, comfortable, sublimation-friendly, and rated UPF 50+, the GreenLine fabric represents VII’s commitment to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint.

With 10 years in the customizable apparel business, VII knows what it takes to make our customers happy—quality products, on-time delivery, easy ordering processes, and strong customer service. The VII team has been trained to provide customers with all the information they need to make an informed decision when ordering activewear.

In 2020, we made the decision to change our name to VII Apparel Co. We have more than a decade of history being called Savage, but we feel that this is a necessary step toward a more inclusive future. We are grateful for your support as we enter this next phase of our company, knowing that the most important things will not change: the quality of our gear, our commitment to our customers, and the people who work hard to make this company what it is.

THE CREW*

* The following bios may or may not be 100% accurate.

TODD CURRAN

(HE/HIM)

PRESIDENT

Todd Curran started his journey in this world in 1984. Became President. The rest is history.

DAN CURRAN

(HE/HIM)

VP OF PRODUCTION

Despite what he might tell you, Dan is a super cool dude. The next big name in table tennis, friendship bracelet patterns, and romance novel recommendations.

DAN LEE

(HE/HIM)

VP OF SALES

Dan tells dad jokes exclusively, so he became a dad. Now we all cringe a lot more.

MARY CURRAN

(SHE/HER)

SEW/FASHION MANAGER

Aka, the Original, Mary is the prodigal daughter returned. Word to the wise, don't say her name in the mirror more than 2 times.

KEYS PATTIE

(HE/HIM)

SALES PIRATE

As a sails pirate for VII, an everything guy for Aria Discs, and even the President of Richmond's governing body for ultimate, Keys just continues to open doors.

AUSTYN PEDERSEN

(HE/HIM)

Sales director

Austyn has enough energy to start a car. His passions are talking too much, eating too much, and being from New Orleans.

ANGELA MCLEAN

(SHE/HER)

ART PRODUCTION/DESIGN ASSISTANT

Angela loves to geek out about her favorite fandoms such as Marvel and DC Comics. She once wove her own super-blanket that glows in the dark, and is busy crocheting everything in her spare time.

`

JENNA COLEMAN

(SHE/HER)

ALL THINGS SPIKEBALL

Just a washed up roundnet player trying to relive the glory days one jersey design at a time.

JESS CIMICATA

(SHE/HER)

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

New Jersey bre(a)d artistic type composed mostly of glitter. Her future plan to own one hundred flamingos is currently underway. She owns one flamingo.

SANDER WILLIAMSON

(HE/HIM)

SALES WIZ

100% Grade A, Free range, Organic Goofball. Hatched in NC, bred in VA. Will make bad jokes if provoked. No guarantee of actual wizardry.

Ariel Schulz

(HE/THEY)

PRODUCTION SAVANT

Fueled by an astronomical amount of caffeine, Ariel is the "hands of the man behind the curtain" in both the silk screen and spot sublimation department. Every shirt, printed with his weird and steady hands, is wonderful.

ARIEL VOGEL

(SHE/HER)

FULFILLMENT FAIRY

A fiend for grammar and The Lion King soundtrack. Her strengths include doing 15 pushups in a row. Her weaknesses include printers.

BRYAN SCOTT JAMES CHASE

(HE/HIM)

SALES PERCUSSIONIST

Fastest knee-pattering hands this side of the Mississippi. He has twelve first names but conveniently only uses four of them. We don't want to be here all day.
